When my cousin called asking me what they needed to accomplish to buy a house. One of those first steps is to identify a realtor THAT YOU CAN TRUST. Mr Tyson Reents is a stranger to me, but after the experience my family had using him in a geographically challenging market (everything being an hour long drive from anything else) I’m happy to say that anybody I know that needs a realtor in eastern Colorado, or Western Kansas I’ll be referring him all of that business.

Tyson does amazing work! I had my house going through the loan process and the buyer had an out of state loan that took forever (4-5 months). Tyson went out of his way to get that deal done so it could speed up his sale so his client could get her house sold on time and at the price she wanted. He wasn’t technically our realtor but he got everything done that needed to be done! Awesome business and an even better person. Don’t hesitate.

Get's 'er done. Above and beyond describes the service you will get from Sunrise Land Company. Tyson was our listing agent when we sold our eastern Colorado farm. From our first communication, he was willing, motivated and able. We were selling from out of state so things could have been complicated. Tyson inspected the property initially and routinely checked on it throughout the process. After initial inspection, he gave us solid recommendations on how to proceed. Upon listing, he had buyers lined up and offers coming in. He negotiated with the buyers on our behalf bringing full price offers. When one buyer fell through, he already had a back up buyer in place and got the property closed quickly in the middle of the holiday season. Tyson went way out of his way to ensure everything was accomplished as smoothly as possible. We cannot say enough good things about Tyson and Sunrise Land Company. If you're selling property in their region this is the company you want.
